이게 바로 제가 경험한 일인데요, 브로커들 중에 이렇게 나쁜 사람들이 있더군요.. 계속 질질 끌더니.. 전 돈 받을때까지 두 Lender랑 이야기 하고 있어서 괜찮긴 했습니다.. 2주 밖에 안 남았다면 Internal Lender랑 이야기 해 보십시오.. 그쪽이 진행이 빠르거든요.. 돈을 빌리게 될때까지 제일 시간이 걸리는 일이 Appraisal인데, 그것만 마무리 되면 론 얻는건 금방인것 같습니다.. 제가 볼땐 e-loan 이 일 진행이 제일 빠른것 같 ...
