The call will ring through to the number you entered. ; Accept the call (if forwarding to a cell phone) or have another person pick up (if forwarding to a landline). ; Stay on the line for a minimum of five seconds or Call Forwarding won’t be activated.
Call Forwarding can be added to your account for $5/month in Self Serve. ; From the Self Serve drop down menu, select Mobile services ; On the Mobile services page, select Manage add-ons ; On the add-ons page, select Call Forwarding, then click the button Add to plan and follow the steps to submit your selection.
