Accused DWI Judge Donna Mills went to the videotape yesterday. A lawyer for the embattled Manhattan state Supreme Court jurist released a tape that he said proves Mills wasn’t drunk when she was arrested in the Bronx in July. BRONX A Bronx cop’s allegedly drunken crash into another officer on the Major Deegan Expressway was a tragic accident, his lawyer said in opening statements at his trial yesterday. Defense lawyer Benedict Gullo said off-duty cop James Kalenderian’s station wagon smashed into Officer Neil Forster on Dec. 9, 1996, because Forster improperly barricaded an icy roadway at the scene of an earlier accident.
