Our Story ; Hi! We are Matthew and Amber Jensen, a husband and wife team who own and operate La Ferme a "farm to table" restaurant and The Crowded Table "table to farm" dining experience. Matthew grew up in the small town of Starbuck, MN. He is a trained chef, who graduated from the California Culinary Instutite and worked under some incredible chefs such as Vincent Francuoal of Vincent a Restaurant and Jim Kyndberg of Bayport Cookery. Koyi - Koyi Sushi is my favorite sushi restaurant and by far the best value in town. They are located in the warehouse district in Minneapolis, close to the end of the light rail line. Their nigiri portions are thick-ass slabs of fish - the biggest in town - Seared Ahi, Yellow Tail and Bincho. Their rolls are also massive and tasty. The atmosphere is hip but still laid back.
